Introduction Text I am in my late 50's, weight crept up until I hit my highest ever 8 years ago. Found Spark and my life changed. I've been maintaining for 7 years by gradually converting to a plant based diet which I follow to this day. It's how I eat now, no struggle, and I'm never EVER enjoyed food more than I do now.

Maintain current size by staying plant strong vegan (over 8 years now) Since converting I no longer track or count calories, and have actually gotten smaller with no active effort to loose any more weight. Think I have hit my normal for me weight.

I am fairly active especially since I converted to plant based, still struggle with working on upper body, prefer walking, hiking, etc..but have since Jan. 2019 been doing a light 10 min upper body workout every morning and am starting to actually see results in my arms!!



I have a very small family, we are pretty close and of course, there are the puppies. The border collie is my daughters, who is away at college, but home frequently, the adorable staffy passed in Jan, 2014 at the age of 14, she is missed!!!, the golden recently passed at 13, sigh.
