~Dance lightly with life

today is your day to dance lightly with life,
sing wild songs of adventure,
invite rainbows & butterflies out to play,
soar your spirit, and unfurl your joy.

today is your day to paint life in bold colors,
set today's rhythm with your heart-drum,
walk today's march with courage,
create today as your celebration of life.

today is your day to practice whimsey,
skip on the beach, and play with the waves,
watch wondrous cloud animals parade your story,
find a magical white bunny down every rabbit hole.

today is your day to laugh at life,
laugh at what's funny - laugh at what's sad,
laugh loud - laugh often,
laugh at me - laugh at you - laugh at life.

today is your day to honor your being,
release each and every struggle,
gather strength from life's storms,
relax into the arms of spirit.

today is your day to see in yourself the face of god.
your mind sparks, your soul sparkles.
your peace is counterpoint to the clamor of life.
you are a magnificent gift to the world.

- jonathan lockwood huie

May your mind whirl joyful cartwheels of creativity.
May your heart sing sweet lullabies of timelessness.
May your essence be the nectar of the open blossom of your joy.
May your spirit soar throughout the vast cathedral of your being.

put my shoes on and go. That it is. go for as long as I can. Then do it again.

Seems simple enough...

We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons. Jim Rohn

Regret is an appalling waste of energy; you can't build on it; it is only good for wallowing in. Katherine Mansfield

If you rest, you'll rust. wannbfit_47

Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off the goal.
Henry Ford

People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within.
Elizabeth Kubler Ross

Flaming enthusiasm, backed by horse sense and persistence, is the quality that most frequently makes for success.

Begin Today, and Again Tomorrow

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature.
- Helen Keller

Every day is a day to take action. Whatever your choices, take action on those choices. Taking no action is equally a choice, just not a choice made from awareness. Make conscious choices, and take action on those choices - Today.
Play with life, laugh with life, dance lightly with life, and smile at the riddles of life, knowing that life's only true lessons are writ small in the margin.
- jonathan lockwood huie

"Whatever is flexible and flowing will tend to grow, whatever is rigid and blocked will wither and die"
- Tao Te Ching

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit."

If you are going to bs yourself, then don't waste the energy even keeping your excuses up to date, just lay down and the let external events take control and devour your very being, forget about your juicy core strength, forget about your dreams, forget about your ideals and your responsiblities and happiness... or your could just get dressed, drink some water, and just go workup a sweat, after a few days, few weeks, few months, you will actually forget that you ever needed any excuses. For the excuses that you keep, keep you from your true reality and blocks your natural intuition and sweetest fruit. Reach out, grab your choice, dig in, take a bite, and devour your fears, when you do... you will learn, grow and evolve~~~~

"Within you there is a hungry ghost that is always craving more, whether it's more love, money, respect, knowlege, or material possessions . No matter how much of these things you have, if you are emotionally deprived and spiritually impoverished, the hungry ghost takes over, and your find it impossible to fee its voracious appetite. This disowned part of yourself is never satisfied. Ironically, though, when you allow yourself to connect to spirit, you want for very little because your'r so rich and filled up inside, If all you ever prayed for, meditated on, and asked for was to open up to a deeper connection to this divine source, everything that matches and vibrates on those higher levels of conciousness--including abundance, satisfaction, and a quiet mind--would come to you. But when you ae disconnected fromthis source, you hunger for anything that gives you the illusion that it will make you feel better. The truth, though is tghat there is only on solution to your inner hunger, only one way to stisfy the hungry ghotst, and that is to fill it with love, with higher conciousness--to connect to all that your and all that there is. When you are conncected to your true essense, you feel blissfully content inside--one with your own soul and the spirit that sustains you. You're able to sail above the small , lonely feelings of your desperate heart that is searching for its divine counterpart. When you're connected to your soul's deeper purpose, you are able to bring to the world that which you long to give. When you're filled up inside by a power greater than yourself, you naturally feel love, compassion, and kindness for yourself and for others and are infused with the power and the confidence to be, do and have that which best reflects and expresses your soul's highest potential."
