My name is Kristy and I got on the weight loss wagon in 2005 weighing in at 211 pounds. I was heavy all through high school and decided I wanted to change that in college. I lost 65 pounds and felt amazing. I gave up sodas all together, exercised up to 90 minutes 5 times a week, and managed to volunteer 20 hours of community service each month while working, going to school full time and maintaining a relationship and social life.

Today, I am back up to 180plus and feel depressed and unhealthy. I am changing some things in my life to get me back to the happy, confident person I was in college...now it's time to get healthy and fit.

My boyfriend is a gym rat and is constantly supporting me and encouraging me - he's in training to be a personal trainer so that will help a lot. I also have a girlfriend who is very into fitness and have access to a pool and gym equipment.

It is time to get serious and get healthy. I'm 25 and before I'm 30 I want to be in top shape!

My Goals:
I want to become a runner! Eventually I'd like to average 20 miles a week...right now I'm working on just five miles a week! I managed three walking and two jogging this week - trying for three jogging next week!

My Program:
Tracking, tracking, tracking...eating healthy at least 80% of the time....and exercising.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Adel GA and have settled in Macon, GA.

Other Information:
I love to read, write, and watch movies. I also enjoy hiking a lot, although clearly I don't do it enough!
