    Today might be the best chance you have to take action. The longer you wait,
    the more deeply embedded you get in your current lifestyle. Your habits solidify.
    Your beliefs harden. You get comfortable. It will never be easy but it may also
    never be easier than it is right now. ~ James Clear

    We all have our ups & downs when we do our weekly weigh-ins. Here is something to think about...

    “Instead of letting the scale alone determine whether you're a success or failure, use more reliable measures to determine your progress. My philosophy is that weight loss is not a goal, but the result of healthy habits like a better diet and regular exercise. When you do step on the scale and don't see the reading you had hoped for, ask yourself these questions: Am I doing what I am supposed to be doing? Am I making healthy food choices most of the time? Am I exercising consistently? If you are, then trust that your body is making positive changes, and the results will come. If you are not, then resolve to be consistent in healthy behaviors to see the results you want.”
    ~~~ Received this thoughtful info from KRYs210...excellent advice!!
    Imagine that day where you can finally say I did it! When you can say, I never gave up, I never quit! Imagine that day when you win that gold medal, or reach your goal weight. Where these moments of pain turn into memories for that goal you wanted to obtain. It might take long to reach that moment, but as soon as you get there you’ll thank yourself for the rest of your life.
    No one likes to move beyond their comfort zone, but as the saying goes, that's
    where the magic happens. It's where we can grow, learn, and develop in a way
    that expands our horizons beyond what we thought was possible.-Andy Molinsky
    you might fail again but that you are doing what you can. That my friend is it's
