2019 Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

Senior exercise class on Tuesday's & Thursday's.
Walk, LS videos, Gazelle 4 times a week 20-30 minutes +
5000 or more steps per day

Count calories & aim for the lower range
Eat clean, no junk
Plenty of fruits & veggies with chicken & fish

My Goals:
5000 steps daily
keep food journal
eat lower end of my calorie limit


My Program:
I count calories and try to avoid white foods. Presently working Dr. Ian's Lean & Clean plan. My downfall is sweets but if I don't have them, I don't crave them.. I walk and take an exercise class for older adults on Tuesday & Thursday's.



Personal Information:
I am 65 , married for 40 years to Don with a 32 year old daughter, Donielle. I live in Crossville, TN and am disabled with Multiple Sclerosis but I try not to let that stop me from living life to the fullest. We have 1 pit bull, Chopper and a miniature schnauzer, Gunnar. I was a former VP at a bank for 25 years before I had to take disability in 1997.


Other Information:
I absolutely love reality TV but only a limited # of shows. I like to read but since I have a Kindle now, I don't read that much of my fav authors anymore but indulge in the free books. I love trying out new recipes and get a lot from Pinterest. I joined the Senior Center in 2017 and have gone on a few bus trips and am loving to travel. In 2018 we traveled to Austin, TX, Philadelphia, PA and Virginia Beach, VA & a Christmas trip to Calloway Gardens, GA.
