I need to lose 20 pounds to have more energy,to be able to keep up better with my kids and grandkids....I want to eat healthy and work out more

I am a mom and grandma...I never had an issue with my weight growing up actualy I was underweight and wished I could just be more than 100 pounds.

When I turned 30 thats when the weight slowly came on...I stayed around 117-120...then came my forties and I was 120-130.

I started a relationship almost two years ago and I have gained twenty pounds and cant get it off...I am afraid I will keep going....the women in family seem to go in that same direction...so I dont want to wake up in my fifties and be 200 pounds.

My focus is off and food is all I think about..I have no energy or drive so I am hoping that I can re gain my focus and drop this weight...twenty pounds will be alot easier than sixty pounds
