Hi! I''m Devin, but everyone just calls me Dev. I''ve been using spark off and on for something like 5/6 years. This time around I am truly committed to becoming healthy and strong. The difference this time is that I now have a very active 18 month old. He is full of energy and life and I want to keep up with him for years to come. I want to ride bikes, run around the park, play soccer or whatever he wants to do. My motivation is different. I don''t just want this for myself, I want to set a good example for my little man too. So here is the honest truth of where I am and where I want to be... as embarrassing as it is. Height: 4''11.5" Weight: 170 lbs (current); 110 lbs (ultimate goal) Eating: too many carbs and processed junk; would like to eat clean and less carbs Working out: walking 2-3 days a week and strength 3 days; running 3 days a week and strength 3 days Food goals: Cut out late night snacking Cut out all pop Start meatless mondays/fish fridays Prep meals on Sunday for the week Eat breakfast limit candy/sweets to every other week Eat clean during the week Exercise goals: Run a 5k/complete C25K 100 pushup challenge Press handstand Handstand hold for 1 min Full on tumble trak Front handspring front on tumble trak Kip on bars Aerial 60 mins of "intense" cardio 3 times a week Full body strength training 2 times a week
