    Yes, I have on demand exercise tv. I just haven't had much time to get to do ANYTHING! It's been that I've either been studying all morning, school in the afternoon/early evening, and home to do my household catch up and be mom...then CRASH! Today, I have no school, but I'm trying to finish a take home test that entails A LOT! So, here I am on my A$$ in bed, laptop in lap, papers, notes, and books surrounding me. Ugh! Wishing I could say, screw it and leave for the gym. I just took a break for lunch and back to it again. Soon it will be shower, finish making my bed, and off to get the kiddos from school. Unfortunately, my hubby is working overtime, so I may miss my kick-boxing class tonight. I'm just bummed. So, if I do have to miss it, it will be my get away to the gym tonight for an overhaul after dinner! Things should be smooth running for the weekend though, so I'll be back on track. I always feel like I'm not going to lose weight if I'm not putting in some good exercise. It feels awful. Although, I forget that just healthy eating and staying in my calorie zone should show something. We'll soon see... weigh in is next Thursday night. I was intending to sneak in a week's worth tonight at class, but it doesn't look that way.

    My main goal this coming month is to try like hell to get to 300, so I can weigh myself on my own scale finally! Cross your fingers and toes...

    Hey you!! Hope you're doing well!

    Considering that I have to go grocery shopping, I guess I'll settle for a good ol' bowl of Kashi cinnamon harvest cereal with some blackberries. The question is what's for lunch?! hmm... I need to change up the usuals. Sick of em'!

    I'm more bothered by not getting to the gym for the past 5 DAYS!!! Granted I walked for a bit on Saturday, but that's just "something". I was debating the gym tonight, but I'm wrecked! and I have some school work to complete and submit (now that my family is taken care of and in bed!)

    School is over for the week, so it's going to be catch up Thurs., Fri., Sat., and Sun.!!! Kickboxing tomorrow night, so that will get me back in the swing of things for sure! haha... Kicks my butt is more like it! It's funny how I feel guilty for not getting in any GOOD exercise. Once upon a few months back, I was making a dent in the couch at times! haha... Change is good!

    I think I may sneak a weigh in tomorrow night before class to see what I lost over the week or if I lost anything! i haven't exercised much, so it would be mainly healthy eating. We'll see. I don't want to be discouraged, but I'd rather know than wonder. Cross your fingers and toes that I lost something!
