Guess who's back, bishes
I have struggled with my weight for the past 10 years, almost. I can't count how many times I have "started" and never "finished".
When I was 21, I was the perfect weight & size (for me); I was probably a size 8/9 and 140-150 lbs. (I am about 5'8"). I don't remember exactly what my weight was. I was completely content with myself. Shortly after that I had entered into a 7 year long relationship and gained quite a bit of weight.

Before I knew it I was up to 196! I had had enough. I lost 36 lbs in no time! I got down to 160. I was pretty happy with myself.
Fast forward a few years. I enter another relationship. Well, marriage this time ;)
Don'cha know I gain weight AGAIN. Sigh. You think I'd learn?
From 160 lbs back up to about 200.
Up and down. Up and down. Up and down. ENOUGH!
Of course, everyone says the same thing: "You don't LOOK like you weigh that much." "It's all in your boobs" "But you're so tall"
I'm tired of feeling like a stuffed sausage...and definitely tired of buying small pants then large pants! I went from a 9/10 to a 14. NOT happy.
At this point, I would be happy with getting back down to 160. I was very confident and felt really good overall. Plus, my baby sister is getting married in a year! #goals
The problem is...I can't stick to anything....EVER..... so I'm going to take it slow. 4-5 lbs a month is my goal.
