My Goals:
HERE ARE MY SPRING CHALLENGE COMMITMENTS:

1- No Bread or Flour - TRACK IT ALL

2- 30+ CARDIO EXERCISE Daily and ST 3xs per WEEK.

3- 8+ GLASSES OF WATER OR GREEN TEA PER DAY

4- 1/2 Plate of Veggies every Meal


No Excuses - Making excuses burns ZERO Calories per hour.


My Program:
Meal Planning and Sticking to it.
Thursday - Weekly Meal Plan
Friday - Grocery List/Shopping
Sat/Sun - Batch Cooking helps.

Exercise -
Speed Walking videos for Cardio Daily and ST at least 3xs a week.
Weekly Weigh Ins

With COVID19, I am not traveling for work Mon-Thur like I was before ... so that should make working out and eating right easier, right?



Personal Information:
I love the beach, fishing, & gardening. I'm married to my dear husband 33 years. And we enjoy volunteering as Sunday School teachers and VBS Leaders for our church.

We have a daughter, son-in-law, and cutest 9 year-old grandson ever ;-)
And love animals, too! One dog, Freddy; 2 cats: Marie and KC; and a very friendly turtle, Lucky.

I work as an IT Project Manager in a mostly sedentary job. Working good meal plans and exercise into the day are essential.

    Thanks my fellow Noble Grape, for the two workout ideas. The standing yoga routine is very nice .... and relaxing on many levels.

    As for the Piloxing... well I am afraid I may have to have an ambulance standing by the first few times I try that one. So I may hold off on that one for the moment.

    Soooo I may level off at hiking, biking and I do believe I will incorporate the standing yoga into my routine.

    Of course all my walker pals named Leslie are anxious to get going with our spring program.. Whew. Good thing I have a habit tracker.
