Summer Time Dragon Fun. The days are long ... nearly sunrise when I wake, and not quite dark when I am ready for bed. Time for bonfires at the beach, after a long day building sandcastles. It’s time for gardening, hiking, fishing, and most of all garden tomatoes and corn.

HERE ARE MY SUMMER CHALLENGE COMMITMENTS:

1- No Bread or Flour - TRACK IT ALL

2- 60+ EXERCISE MINUTES PER DAY (Don't be afraid to let it be 10 mins at a time!)

3- 8+ GLASSES OF WATER OR GREEN TEA PER DAY

4- 1/2 Plate of Veggies every Meal


No Excuses - Making excuses burns ZERO Calories per hour.

Meal Planning and Sticking to it.
Thursday - Weekly Meal Plan
Friday - Grocery List/Shopping
Sat/Sun - Batch Cooking helps.

Exercise -
Speed Walking videos, ST 10 mins a day. Experimenting with TaiChi, Yoga, and Pilates.

With COVID19, I am not traveling for work Mon-Thur like I was before ... so that should make working out and eating right easier, right?



Personal Information:
I love the beach, fishing, & gardening. I'm married to my dear husband 33 years. And we enjoy volunteering as Sunday School teachers and VBS Leaders for our church.

We have a daughter, son-in-law, and cutest 8 year-old grandson ever ;-)
And love animals, too! One dog, Freddy; 2 cats: Marie and KC; and a very friendly turtle, Lucky.

I work as an IT Project Manager and am often out of town for work days at a time. I do my best to plan meals and workouts that still fit into my overall plan.
