Julz in the Arizona Desert
All my life I've said, "I need to start exercising," or "one day, I'm going to get fit." In just over one year after joining SparkPeople, I dropped 25 pounds, achieved goal weight, begun running, returned to regular hiking, and made many new friends.
More recently, I began going to the gym 3x a week, lifting weights and have seen a 12% improvement in bone density.
I stay on SparkPeople for the inspiration and the challenge to continue becoming more fit and strong.
