    Hi - just read your post on my page.
    KETO way of eating (WOE) is very low carb; high fat and moderate protein.

    Macros are along the lines of 20 grams CARB; 50 - 60 grams of PROTEIN and twice the amount of protein in FAT (120 grams of FAT).

    There is a team on SPARK - why don't you take a look at it. It is a very active team and the leaders answer any questions you might have almost immediately...... emoticon

    Hi: saw on the "week 2 weigh-in boards" that you were disappointed in your weight loss since you were doing keto...... I also try to do keto (did it for about 6 months last year and it went very well - fell off wagon last February when I had surgery and pretty much gained the weight back). Anyways, was just wondering what kind of keto you are doing. There are so many different types out there. I try to stick with under 20 total carbs.
