Introduction Text I have made the resolve to stop watching life pass me by as well as my well-intentioned goals. I WILL OWN 2011!

My goals are to take charge of my life and health and change for the best. Set an example for my three kids that their health is important, make good eating choices and be active. Maintain normal blood pressure, increase toning and weight loss.

I love Curves. I have been a member for almost 5 years. Currently active 4-5 times a week for a half hour. Walk 3 .1 miles with 2 friends in the morning and strength train. I am beginning on watching my calorie intake and not eating after 7 has really helped me fall asleep faster and not suffer from insomnia and makes me want to eat breakfast in the morning. Weekends consist of bikeriding through Aurora and Stapleton or hiking in the mountains or roller blading if Im not working or engrossed in kids activities. I started a bowling league on Sunday nights. I love being active!

My name is Heather and I am a Colorado native but have lived in Germany, Arizona and Kansas. Recently graduated and became certified in phlebotomy. I have a shoe fetish with a liking to tennis shoes (namely Nikes and Adidas). I like to scrapbook, veg with my kids and look for "experiences" (ie, plays and musicals, concerts, arts, sight seeing and traveling, different things with each of my children, who have different personalities and tastes.)

I have three kids and a houseful of animals. Started off at 222.5 lbs before Curves. BMI went from 34.5% to 27.9%.
