My Name on the priorty list finally came to the top!
I've been taking care of so many people in my life that I finally cleared the list . I'm my own "next project". I have gainned and lost weight several times. Weight watchers etc. I've been tracking my food on sparks off/again/on for along time.
I started Slimgenics two weeks ago. Lost five lbs. the first week. I've been walking on the treadmill daily. My cousin lost 60 lbs last year with Slimgenics. I've done some modifications.

You can find an inexpensive pedometer at WalMart. The one that I have seems to be accurate and counting correctly; its one called SportLine. They are available at WalMart.
