    I am on 2 challenge teams. One is the 5% weight loss challenge in 8 weeks, the other is the biggest loser in 10 weeks. The challenges gives you a few weeks off in between each one. We compete against other teams to be the "biggest loser" and it is a lot of fun.

    The 5% weight loss challenge is traveling to other countries virtually each week and you track your progress daily by logging in your exercise and water intake.

    The biggest loser is a 10 week session of challenges that is different each week. One might be sorting and cleaning your home, car, or garden. Others would be to do a certain kind of exercise.
    We are in half way through the biggest loser one and it starts up again in about 8 weeks.

    Just follow my links on my spark page to the main page of the challenge and join us if you would like for the next session. The biggest Loser was looking for people last time. You have to have 25 people to join each team and for some reason we had trouble finding people.

    The 5% doesn't seem to have trouble finding people.
    This is my first time joining this them.

    I really like both teams as they are different from each other and just helps to keep you here and motivated.
