I've been on Spark for a long time. I lost around 40 pounds, regained around 10 and when I lost those I stayed on maintenance for just over 2 years. Those pesky 10 pounds have found their way back again, so my plan is to hopefully lose those and get back to maintenance - which I’ve found can be harder than losing the pounds to begin with.

For 2018, I’d like to lose 10 pounds and get back on maintenance.
In 2017 my goal was to walk 2017 miles and I ended up with 2080. For 2018, I’d like to walk at least 2018
In 2018 I joined a couple teams and participated in some fun challenges. I lost a few pounds, so my goal for 2019 is to lose the last few pounds to get back to my maintenance weight.
My Program:
Cardio at least 5 days per week.
