I'm 30 yrs old and at my heaviest weight of 255 lbs. I want to get in shape and healthy for myself and family.I am a mom of 4 boys and I would really like to get in shape to be able to keep up with them better. My oldest runs cross country and I would love to be able to run with him!

My Goals:
My goal is to eventually weigh in at 175 lbs. Until then I will be rewarding myself for every 10lbs lost. I have tried losing weight many of times before but I just don't think I was ready then. It feels different this time.

My Program:
 cardio 5x week, strength training 3x week. Watching what I put into my body.
