Hooping through Life


Hello. I'm Shannon. I'm from Kentucky. I started at 298 last four years ago. I lost 80 pounds then and stopped. Due to some life stressors, I gave up. I really shouldn't have. That time I did Walk Away the Pounds + Strength training + active lifestyle + Weight Watchers Momentum/Old WW points. I'm trying again this year and this is going to be the year for me! I can do this. (and I mean it this year)

I hula hoop. Through hooping, I've learned to love my body and be proud of it, even at a heavier size. If I can be proud of my body at 250, imagine what I can do at 180?

About me: I work as a CNA. I run, walk, and lift a lot. I need to be healthy so I can lift my residents and provide care for them.
