Hi, I am a 46 year old mother of 3. I have been struggling with the same excess 40 pounds for 13 years. In that time, I have read any and everything pertaining to weight loss. Knowledge has not been the problem, rather one of motivation and commitment. I look forward to both the support and camraderie that I will receive, as well as that which I can give.
