IM BACK TO GET RID OF MY BABY WEIGHT AND FINALLY REACH MY GOAL- HAD A MY BABY BOY IN DEC. 2011 AND NOW I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL 20LBS TO LOSE!
BEFORE BABY - MANAGED TO GET DOWN TO 215.8 FROM STARTING WEIGHT OF 275

AFTER BABY- 235

I started this weight loss journey seriously in April of 2007 & I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to GIVE UP until I reach my Goal!! I've come a long way and still have a ways to go. I've manage to keep over 60lbs off for over a yr and I am proud of myself for that! I continue to fight this battle and eat healthy as well as exercise on a daily basis- I slip up sometimes but - Its human nature- None of us are Perfect. I will Eventually Get to my goal weight because I KNOW that I can DO This- I've come to far to stop now. I know that i am beautiful as is... but there's a Sexy Diva hiding behind my Plus size curtain- And I'm READY to UNLEASH her! LOL I can't wait until i reach the finish line- However i shouldn't call it the finish line because you're never truly finished. This is a lifestyle change that you have to forever work on and maintain. AND i know that it's worth every minute. So anyway....to let u know a little more about me ---- I'm from New York & I love to joke around and have fun....I also love to cook and bake that's part of my problem...and before this journey I sometimes let myself eat a little more than my body needed. I also must admit i do sometimes have crazy cravings for stuff i shouldn't eat alot of.....But one of the most important things i have learned is that Portion Control is the key!! I'm not one that believes in depriving myself from anything...however i don't drink regular soda and not much diet soda either. Water Water Water! So in saying all of this.... I am ON a MISSION to Lose 100 pounds! I will not stop until i get there. I realize that looking good feels good...but the most important part is living a healthy life.... cause if i'm not healthy ..... i won't be around to look good!

I have been a yo-yo dieter in the past-However**It is finally time for it to go!

*** A little tip Question that i got from Ms IslandsFinest~ that has helped me say no to foods when i know i really shouldn't have it ~ & to help me reach my goal
"What would you do if you had only 90 days to achieve your goal or you would lose what you cared about most forever?" Wow. This one question put quite a twist on things. Lose the most important thing in your life forever? What an ultimatum that is!?!!

****MY LONG Term GOAL keeps getting pushed back but- IT is the following-----
long term-lose a total of 100 pounds
HOWEVER.... SHOULD I REACH A CERTAIN WEIGHT (A LITTLE HIGHER THAN 170LBS)AND FEEL COMFORTABLE I WILL STOP THERE AND FOCUS ON MAINTAINING IT.


My Program:
Always try to workout a Total of 5 days a wk

Eliptical & treadmill machine 3 days a week
Biggest Loser Workout DVD Billy Blanks bootcamp , Turbo Jam, ** Jillian DVD and walking when i don't feel like going to the gym

Using My Wii Fitness Coach & Wii Fit Plus!!!

I have free weights at home.... so i use them to help me and also resistant bands and a stability ball

I'm in a committed relationship and lucky to have a man that loves me for me whether i'm slim or have a little extra! lol
However, I have been struggling with my weight nearly all my life and i am really tired of it. It's time for it to go!

    Hey how is it going???
    I still have 16 or so lbs before I see ONEDERLAND. This is the rough spot for me and where I usually plateau. I don't get it!!

    Super frustrating that I feel so close...but...

    Anywho! Hope all is well on your end..I'm trying not binge out on junk!~
