Just get right back up!


I have started over so many times I have lost count. It is not how many times you fail, but how many times you get up and try again!

Illness, work challenges, family stuff, it happens to us all. My Spark journey started over 10 years ago and I am grateful.

I think if it were not for SP I would weigh over 475 pounds by now. But I don't and I am glad.

Life happens, stuff gets in the way, you get knocked down a bit sometimes. Dust off and get it done!

My Goals:
Stop waiting for the thin me to show up.
Live my life now, without waiting on the scale's approval.
Put myself and my health first.
Be kinder to myself and less tough love self talk.

My Program:
 Find easy ways to live healthy. Look for intuitive solutions to eating right and cooking more. Be okay in my skin no matter where I am on my health journey. Acceptance of who and where I am now, while adding good eating habits. Stop comparing myself to others, they are not me, and I am not them. Get up when I fall off the wagon.
