I do. Those are the things I desperately long for in my life again, and I hope that with this place and support, that I will be able to have them again before I forget what it was all like.

Fitness Minutes: 930

My Goals:
My main goal is to get back to a point where I can enjoy life to its fullest potential. Right now, unfortunately, I can do nothing I love. An adrenaline junkie is not meant to be 375 pounds.

I want to be happy and healthy; not constantly run down, depressed and miserable. I am always in pain, to the point everyday, normal things are becoming impossible.

I'm going to change that; for good.

My Program:
The highest weight I can ever remember being, is right around 370. My program will consist of, to start, 10 minutes of cardio for 4 days a week, bumping it when my body tells me I can handle it. I deal with chronic pain, including sciatica, bad hip, and 2 knees in need of replacement. I will do what I can, but I will do something!

I will be striving to eat as cleanly as possible, but will still enjoy favorite foods in moderation.

325 - $100 to spend at SockDreams
315 - An electric guitar
