Like anything else in life, you must put the work into it to make it work. Read articles, follow friends and teams, learn as you go, change directions as needed, start over, never give up.     Fall is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? Biggest Loser Group is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of Sept. The challenge consists of 10 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

    It looks like you recently joined the Living Binge Free team. Welcome! We have a small but dedicated group who are committed to breaking the bond between all the false reasons to eat compulsively and the action of doing it. We do our best to structure our lives for supportive eating, but we don't depend on the perfect circumstances, either. We come to believe that we can live with the desire without following it, that no food experience is worth the mental and physical suffering we experience after bingeing. We also believe that we need to expand the image of who we are that has nothing to do with how we eat or trying to lose weight. We have thread for what our lives are about between our meals. We also have a thread that has been active for over ten years for aiming at streaks of 21 days where people also get to know each other. Please come play with us!

    You have come to the right place. This is an awesome community full of supportive members. You will also find all the tips and tools to help you reach your goals. The Nutrition and Fitness trackers are so helpful.
    Be active here by reading articles, blogs and being active on Spark Teams. It will help keep you accountable and you will meet members who will encourage and motivate you.
    Just take it one day at a time. You can do it!
