    emoticon I hope you haven't given up on SparkPeople. I saw in the New Member Challenge you felt excited but overwhelmed. And both are true, but with time and practice you will know your way around and it really is a great resource filled with amazing tools, but it also has a step by step program that eases you into your journey, teams are where you meet people and find friends who can motivate you and keep you accountable (among other things). SparkPeople can make the journey fun. The more you participate and interact with the site and the people here, the more it will become a habit, being here and that is the first step, not leaving SparkPeople behind. Feel free to chat me up, I'm not going anywhere during this lockdown.
