Thanks for the compliments! I've worked really hard to get where I am. I still to this day have to push myself. I just spent 1/3 of my 3 mile walk convincing myself to keep up the pace & finish! I was worried because I missed your question about the nutrition tracker. If you click on the "add a food" button, it will allow you to add a food item to your daily food journal. If you want to add a food that isn't available, after you have clicked that button "add a food," you will see some choices at the top and one of them will allow you to add a food with its nitritional values. You can also mark foods as your favorites as you add them to your daily food intake and then they will be put alphabetically into a list that you can access easily for daily journaling.
