Yes, I did read that article. I'm at 171 now, and my goal is 160, so doing the 10% at this point wouldn't help, I don't think. I would have definitely used that theory from the beginning had I known about it! That sounds great for you, and I so know that you can do it! My husbands sister and her husband & 2 kids are coming to visit tomorrow & Sunday. I imagine that will entail grilling out and going swimming. Should be good times. Thank you for your kind words!! Now that I'm getting closer to my goal weight *(my goal is 160, but Spark has me set at 150) it's getting to be more of a challenge. I use to say it's harder, but I decided to take that word out and replace it with "challenging"!
