Hi I am working hard at changing my life by being healthy. A couple months into trying to lose weight I had an Er trip for low blood sugar and a week later an Er trip for high blood sugar. It has been an interesting 6 months. I have had some challenges and some success too. I am in this for the long run and am looking for sincere, kind and encouraging friends.

~ Work out five or six days a week.
~drink plenty of water
~ eat with in meals and make healthy choices
~ be encouraging to others
~ grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically

~ Work out no excuses
~ Eat low low carb
~ Drink 120 oz of water
~ Pray and meditate
~ Listen to Joyce Meijer's and ISOW
~ Encourage others and be there for others here at Sparks People Pages
