Keep up the good work and stay motivated to stabilize. It stinks for the first few weeks but you'll get over that and be able to move on much faster with much less stress. As temptiing as it is to cheap and grab something high in carbs or bread, the stress that goes with not stabilzing isn't worth it. It is like pulling a bandaid. You'll battle it until you just give in. Eat lots of eggs. And it doesn't look like you have problems with cheese so grab that too. cheese is great (if you don't have in intolerance) to add on the calories without the pounds. I'm also good with nuts (many people are not), but those can help get your calories up without adding many carbs. Just stay away from peanuts for a little while.

Whatever you do, avoid sugars and carbs. In a few or so , you'll stabilize!
