    You have a sweet family. It's is good that you and your DH are both supportive of each other. I can't tell you how much my DH has helped me and how much I appreciate it since my gastric bypass surgery this week. I know yours appreciates you so much.

    Your bike ride sounds great! I was pretty good on vacation but this week back at work has not been so good with either food or exercise. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and I'll get back on track. emoticon
