    You can do it! Welcome to the team! Congrats on reaching goal, but ouch putting it back on. Once I reach goal, and I have a long ways to go, I plan on taking another step, maintenance. Staying with Sparks, but set myself a maintenance plan. We learn such healthy habits and need to maintain those healthy habits. A good example, I've been streaking 87 days. Today will be 88 days. Well, this weekend, beginning Friday, I had a good calorie burn, but I indulged some being out with DH. Did same thing on Saturday, but was a little better and definitely on my low range, but my burn was low. Today is my weigh in, and guess what, today, and rest of week, I have to be fully back engaged. I had my Mother's Day splurge over Friday and Saturday. Well when I reach goal, I will have to do the same, track to see where I am at. I may not be as diligent, but I will still have to track so I don't put it back on. This is just my plan. We can do it!
