Hello � Here is my story in a nutshell: I�ve been on Weight Watchers since 2007 and lost 110 lbs by doing the food plan and working out 5-7 days a week. I hit a plateau and hadn�t been able to get off of it, which is when I found SP in 2010. I�m still working on it. I started running (C25K) in June 2010 and ran my first 5K in October 2010. I completed a 10K and numerous 5K�s since then. I have also finished my first half marathon - the USAF Half Marathon in September 2011 - not a fantastic time but I was vertical and it was before the sweep. I have since then found out my Dad's cancer is back, my son is struggling at school and my home was robbed of anything of any value that wasn't bolted down. I am a stress eater and have now gained back 15 of my 110 lbs lost. I was hoping to get my body to jump off this plateau but I think I jumped the wrong way. I have approximately 50 lbs to lose to get to goal. Healthy is the bottom line. I'm just trying to ensure that I'm here for my son for as long as possible in the healthiest body possible and setting an example that he can also live by. Live life. No regrets. March 2013 - I'm back. Surgery. Life got in the way. Gained 40 lbs. Starting here now and will be trying to get my groove back. Hello again! August 2015: Another surgery. New injury. Can't seem to catch a break. Gained a bit more... but not back to original weight so I'm still trying. June 2016: OK... it's gotten out of control. Re-evaluating and restarting. #nevergiveup June 2019: I'm back. I need to do this. My health is starting to fail. The boy in my avatar has now graduated high school and heads to college in 2 months. I am 100 lbs heavier and definitely not as happy as the me in the avatar. #timetomakemeapriority

**Don't let bad habits creep their way back into my life.

**Help my son grow up healthy and strong.

My Program:
I'm taking this one day at a time. I didn't gain all this weight overnight and it won't all come off overnight. It's hard to be patient but I have to try. I lose focus if I don't have a tangible goal so I have scheduled a 10K race to keep myself going..walk, run or both... just to start and cross the finish line vertically. I am starting over with no endurance. Walking and progressing to C25K in a few weeks.
