Introduction Text I spent two years getting softer and curvier. It's been fun and I'm learning that loving my body is more important than having a perfect one. Unfortunately, getting softer and curvier has also meant getting slower and weaker for me. I know that I can

*Hike a 14er without holding back the rest of the group. *Get a stronger core. Be able to do a good-form full boat posture in yoga for at least 5 breaths. *Maintain more calm. Work up to a regular meditation practice.

*Meditate every day, increasing time up to 20 minutes by the end of the month. *Workout every day - lift, run, or yoga. *Sleep at least 7 hours a night.
