Hi... I see you're walking now, how often are you going for a walk in a week? The reason I ask is when I started my spark journey, I BARELY made a mile (This from an ex-runner)! But I kept at it, and I want to encourage YOU to do the same... Keep at it! If you can do a 20 minute mile, consider trying slow jogging intervals... If not at that point yet, try walking intervals and see how that feels...
