I am resetting my goals for 2017. I did pretty well in January and February of 2016 but poorly for most of the rest of the year. My Spark Goal setter says that I need to try to lose 50 pounds in 2017. That is a tall order! I need to track and plan my nutrition much better and plan for bad weather exercise. I am going to restart my Virtual Walk in Washington D.C. on January 1.
