I'm a list person. Feels good to accomplish a task and cross it off the list. Taking care of my family and putting everyone else first. Always finding the time to do for other and working on myself gets pushed to the bottom of the list. Now I'm finally realizing it is not selfish of me to work on me. When I go down everything stops. Prioritizing that my spiritual, mental along with physical health is important and I can function in excellence with all three in balance. Time to cross off an important goal on the TO DO list, drop the weight and maintain. Sometimes we as christians tend to get the spiritual side of God's plans done, but we often forget that we are created in His image and he made us different by design. We sometimes forget the physical side and get so busy that we physically ne glectour temple. It is my time to consistently start Tending the Temple (My body). The bible says that bodily exercise profits little and I finding out that I need that little, also. This has been and still in a journey and I am learning to enjoy it. Being unhealthy is a form of bondage- when it it something that I can change. Like Moses, when he stood at the Red Sea, thought he and the children of Israel were helpless. Moses had the rod in his hands and was instructed to stretch it out. God is reminded me that He has equipped me with the tools I need for this weight loss journey and it is indeed in my hands. Though Christ I can do all things and I am more than a conquerer. My actions just have to match up with what He says I already am, and endure til the end. It's my season.

I like to weigh in at 199 pounds before December 31, 2017 and lower my cholesterol number.

My Program:
Journal daily intake.
Make sure exercise is put on the mandatory list. Get, fruit, vegetable, milk, protein, whole wheat grains and healthy fats in on a daily basis.

Personal Information:
Determined to have obese not written on my medical chart and let the body outside show the person inside.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl.
