    They are friction blisters, and they are only on my right foot? Luckily I can wear flip-flops to work today, and I'm keeping them drained as best I can, and keeping antibiotic cream on them. I get them after every race... it just means I have to try another new shoe. I'm good until I get over 10 miles... might have something to do with swelling of my feet when I run long distances.

    Thank you for your comment on my picture; the arms are still a work in progress...just like the rest of me! It is always encouraging to hear something positive though, so I appreciate it! :)

    I am back to working the WODs regularly. I had a few weeks during which life caused serious disruptions, but I didn't quit. Now I just need to get back up to speed! I'll be trying my hand at the "Runny Franish" WOD today, right after I decide whether I am feeling puppish or packish. I think 25# is going to be too light, but 65# Thrusters, with that many reps, might just be too much yet. Thankfully, personal scaling is acceptable! :)
