Updated 5/2021 Woooooo! Haha, gotta keep the energy going. I've been doing things in moderation but not working out or making the best choice with foods. While I've maintained not increasing weight too much, it's still gone up so back to the reins I get to get myself together. No worries, I got this!:) Last weigh in earlier this week: 302.6 Updated: 3/2021 Motivation see-saw ride sucks as does navigating through ones mucky head space. Alas, what am I do do but press on? So, press on I do. Last weigh in was 304.4 just under a week ago. I have stuck with taking pics, so that's a real positive! But super laxxed on workouts and logged tracking. Binge eating has been extremely minimal and I have caught myself when beginning to stress eat. Through compassion I will move, I'm so tired of being harsh on myself and expecting results. Updated: 1/2021 Under 300lbs as of Sat 12/5/20!!!!!:) *Writing it into fruition* I will be so in shape and healthy that everyone, including myself, will be utterly amazed that I ever weighed over 300lbs:) Newlywed and learning how to balance fitness with this new merged lifestyle. I used to run a business in the suburbs of a major city and now I live on a country mini-farm with the hubby, puppies, and chickens while nurturing my new startup in a new-to-me state. Needless to say that adjusting to this brand new lifestyle has been challenging, especially with the pandemic. My weight ballooned to 310.4 which means that I had gained all previously lost and then some. Early Sept. 2020, I resolved to lose 150lbs through consistent lifestyle changes across the board. While my focus is on losing 30lbs at a time, I also want to reduce my BMI and body fat %. Mindfulness is a true work in progress for me as I consistently strive to be authentic in my thoughts, words, and actions. One of my favorite quotes is, "Excellence does not demand perfection"
