My goal is to lead a healthy life balancing work, family, food and exercise.

Tracking my food and increasing my exercise are key to a healthy lifestyle. Knowing what my body wants and needs is also important.



Every spring/summer I have a large garden of fresh vegetables. My children and I enjoy the fresh veggies on our plates and in recipes. I am still learning new ways to incorporate what I grow into our food. In my spare time, I love to bake, read and scrapbook. I am also a Sudoku fiend.
