    Of course you can add me as a friend. I just added you as a friend. Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I just read yourcomment tonight. Do you have an elasitc band. You know the type....the kind you use for exercising. If you don't get the least resistent one and try using that on your legs and arms and it should not hurt to much. That is what I use and it works and I have gradually gone up to more and more resistent ones. They don't seem like much but they do work and if you are in a lot of pain they do put undo pressure on your tender spots. If there is anything else I can help you with just let me know and I would be willing to try and help. As you read I am in a wheelchair and yet I still get my exercises in. I have to or I will just stagnate. You know the old say use it or lose it. You just have to find the easiest exercises for you to do at this momentwhen you are in a lot of pain.
