Introduction Text I am 52, have 3 married children, 3 beautiful grandchildren and a wonderful husband. I am a stay at home wife, active in our church, dog and horse loving, antique loving, shop 'til you drop kind of woman. I lost 90 lbs. 15 years ago. The last several years I have lost and regained the same 25 lbs. many times. I would like to lose it one more time and never find it again! With God's grace, I know I can do this.

To lose 25 lbs and keep it off. No more yo yo dieting or binge eating! Okay, I'll use the real word. No more gluttony! Yikes! Exercise regularly for good overall health and a strong back. Begin weight lifting.

Stay within 1200-1500 calories a day by tracking all food eaten. Walk on treadmill, use ski machine or eliptical trainer 5x per week. Track cardio minutes. I have begun a weight training program working core, upper and lower body on rotating days. I am beginning to see results from this. It's true, weight training IS important!



My name is Christy and I live in Nebraska. I am a big time movie lover! Everything from Sci-Fi to Romance. My husband and I can be found most evenings watching a movie or one of our favorite series ("24", "West Wing", "Frasier"...) Maybe that's why I have 25 lbs. to loose!! I have been a Christian for 35+ years and am blessed every day because of my relationship with Jesus Christ.
