2019 will be my hear...it has to be my year. I have too many goals to reach before I am 40 in 2020. I have specific goals and dates to reach goals that I have been preparing in my daily planner, etc.

I have committed to join the Firecrackers again for the Spark People 5% Summer Challenge that begins October 5th. Lose 5% of your body weight in 8 weeks, totally doable! I am reaching for that goal, I am going to rock it!

Some reasons for me to get healthy:
1. Feel better about myself
2. Motivate hubby who has lost the weight but needs exercise too.
3. Lower my risk for diabetes and heart disease.
4. Help with my spine that has already had one surgery.
5. Physical and mental health are important and I need to stop ignoring them.

My Goals:
1. Lose 5% body weight in 2019 Fall 5% Challenge on Spark.
2. Jump start my goal to lose 50 pounds by 4/20/2020.
3. Increase my water intake and work on my hydration issues
4. Be stronger physically, strengthen core to help my spine and pain.
5. Be stronger mentally, learn to love myself no matter what my size
6. Learn to love being more active, make more healthy routines.
7. Rock 2019 in health, fitness and mental goals.


My Program:
Paleo/Keto type eating plan - lower carb, more clean eating
Physical activity daily, reach 10k steps a day and then 12k with goal of 15k steps minimum per day
Commit to the Fall 2019 5% Challenge. Go team Firecrackers!
Work on water intake, 120 ounces per day!
Be more consistent with blogging and health updates. Be accountable.
