    Thanks for your comment on my page. 10 days at a time seems to help me a bit. Maybe just because it's a change. Hey, whatever works. I know how crazy it can be with a young family and working. Every day brings a new challenge. Do what you can and do the best you can. I used to just dance around the house just to get extra movement in. I'd put on the music and often grab a dust cloth or dance with the vacuum if I needed to and just made it fun. You will find what works for you and be awesome!
