11/24/17 I have to get this weight off and be consistent with exercise! I weigh 213 pounds and it sucks. Thank goodness I'm pretty tall but enough is enough. I just got my reality check. 07/20/16 I gained about 25 lbs in the last few months and I feel terrible. I have to get back to it! I'm at my heaviest weight ever!!! I gained almost 80 pounds in less than one year due to depression, stress, and just not caring. Now I'm paying the price b/c I weigh in at 255 lbs and i'm not happy at all. I have to get this weight off but I'm just lacking motivation and I am hoping that Spark People will motivate me again. I put a few pics up from my "smaller" days because I'm just too embarrassed to take new pics. I hate the way I look, at this moment in time and I don't have to stay this way. My Goals:
It's a new year and I have a new attitude. As of March 10th, 2011, I have lost a total of 30 lbs AND COUNTING!!! My coworkers have noticed my weight loss and my friends so guess what? I'm actually feeling somewhat good. Ain't no stoppin' me now!

My Program:
Stay within my recommended calorie range of 1200-1550 calories per day.
I will walk at least 3 times a week...(i.e. during my 15 min. breaks at work)
Allow myself to have a "cheat" meal and NOT go overboard so I can keep my sanity.
Log in daily to spark people and track my food, read helpful articles, and receive and give encouragement, when needed.
Use Alli for MOST of my meals.
Herbalife's Thermobond to help curb appetite and make me feel fuller

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Philly and NJ...spent alot of my life in both places. I graduated from Xavier University of LA in 2001 with a Bachelor's in Business Management. I've been living in Georgia, since 2006 and I like it. I came here weighing 160 and now I'm 255! WTH!!!! I always focus on others and make sure everyone else is taken care. What about me? Well, I will tell you....I have now put ME first and decided that no one can take this journey for me. I have to want it and stay focused no matter what.
