Introduction Text Or rather, I really REALLY NEEDED to lose it. At 4'11 inches, 181 lbs was a ridiculous weight for me! The picture with my two kids was taken in April 2008. In June 2009, I started over with WL, and have lost down to 131 lbs by July 2010. Still a little more to go; new goal is to get back under 124 for a healthy BMI!

Lost 25 lbs by November 2009 Lose 30 lbs more by April 2010 Lose 75 lbs total so I return to a healthy BMI

*Drink 8-12 cups of water daily *Eat more fresh foods *Write down ALL food I eat *Get cardio exercise at least 5 times a week *Take my vitamin supplements daily
