Introduction Text "I've come a long way, but I have a longer road ahead." I was feeling horribly down when, at 17 years of age, I realized I really couldn't do what most 17 year olds could. Not only that, but I always felt down, or sick, and just plain horrible. I was horribly self conscious about my weight, and I felt very uncomfortable around people because of it. In March of 2009, I finally decided to quit fantasizing about loosing weight, and actually take that first step toward my goals. Here I am a year and a half later, age 19, and I've lost 40 pounds. I feel a lot more confident around people, and I feel much healthier. I had hoped to lose much more by now, and sometimes I get discouraged because I haven't. My goals sometimes seem even farther away now, because I have recently found out I have gluten intolerance, and It's very hard to diet while trying to go gluten-free. However, my family has been more than supportive, and because of that, I find the inspiration to keep trying, and take each day as it comes. I know for sure I will reach my goal some day, and I won't let any set backs get me down.

I love books and movies. And yes, anime and manga. I'll pretty much read any book, though my favorite is murder/mystery My favorite movie is AVATAR! That movie was so awesome it took a week to remove the smile from my face after I saw it o.o
