Introduction Text Love to Dance . . .hip hop! I am a scientist by day and a dance teacher/choreographer by eve. I recently had a baby girl and put on 36 lbs during the pregnancy-that's tough on a 5'1" frame! I'm working on getting back into tip-top shape and then some . . . muffin-top-itis is NOT cute!! Unfortunately even with the dancing I do, the last 10 lbs or so won't budge-I've chalked it up to my body not being challenged enough (been doing it soooo long). So here I am . . .charting my diet, charting my fitness and seeing what changes I can make to be healthier.

It's official. I'm below my pre-pregnancy weight. The problem now is I'm not as strong as I was. So I'm looking to be remotivated to work out again. Hubby and I did p90x for 6 weeks, then got sick, but that was for a cruise (that was fantastic, btw!). Since cruise in Feb., not really doing anything. I hate feeling blah . .
