Introduction Text I live in Central PA. I have a grandson named Theodore and a granddaughter named Ayla Rose. My husband Jay and I have been marrtied for 31 years. I have 2 sons who are all grown up and living their lives. September 2019 - August 2020 is my year to finally make that life change, and I know i will need to watch for the rest of my life or I will be right back to the old me.

To get healthy and lose weight so I am around for my grandchildren.

I work in the banking industry as a Bank Operations Specialist, I worked in factories most of my adult life, when i lost my job after 13 years I went back to school at the age of 42 and been at a career now for 4 years. My grandson and I celebrate together he was born one day after I started my new job.
