Changing my LIFE one step at a time!!!
I am 26 years old, I am a proud parent of 2 beautiful young girls. I am normally a very happy and optimistic person. I am very outgoing and never meet a stranger. I want tp be healthier for my kids. My dad is 45 and just had his second heart attack and a triple bypass and it scared me, I don't wanna put my kids through that. If I keep going at the pace I am now it may happen sooner than later. I struggle to stay motivated. I give up on myself very easily and get frustrated with results ...

Hoping this is the first step to the rest of my life.
