Well I back tracked.....time to pick myself up and dust off and start again....

My Goals:
8 lbs before February 1st and another 30 before July 1st 2011. Start walking again and work my way up to a jog/run.

My Program:
 Mostly vegan and moderation in general along with some walking and yoga.


Personal Information:
I'm 45 & live in Snohomish, WA with my soulmate of the last 11 years and my 3 boys ages 15, 12 & 7.
